Return & Refund Policy - Tap'd-In LLC

At Tap'd-In LLC, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom products designed to elevate your networking experience.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain the following return policy:

No Returns or Refunds on Custom Products

All customized items, including but not limited to NFC cards, rings, GPS trackers, and design services, are non-refundable and non-returnable
Once an order is placed and approved for production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tapdinllc.com
Include your order number and photos of the item
We will gladly replace any product proven to be faulty due to our manufacturing
